    • Research has shown that men who exercise three to two and a half hours a week are 20 percent less likely to develop ED than men who do not exercise.
    • This effect is even greater among men with an ideal BMI. In addition to exercise, a healthy diet and drinking less alcohol are also important for men with ED.
    • A variety of exercises can reduce the risk of ED, including pelvic floor muscles and aerobic exercise.
    • This exercise is best performed by lifting the buttocks and slowly lowering vertebra by vertebra, taking three deep breaths each time.
    • Do not stop doing these exercises until you feel weakness in your muscles. For best results, exercise should  combine with aerobic exercise.
